My Story.
Welcome to the personal website of Ronit Bhat. I am a passionate educator based in Mumbai, currently serving as the IBCP Coordinator and the Group Communication Head at the Children's Academy Group of Schools. My journey in education is driven by a simple belief: the power of collaboration and continuous learning can profoundly transform student experiences.
Professional Journey at Children's Academy
Equipped with a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Literature from the United Kingdom, my adventure in education began in 2014. I started by teaching English literature, where sharing my love for language with middle and high school students formed the inspiring foundation of my career.
Always eager to grow, I spearheaded professional development and teacher training initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture of growth. This drive to enhance learning experiences led to several key milestones:
- •Digital Transformation: Migrated systems to Google Suite, implemented interactive classroom panels, and integrated AI tools, directly impacting over 8,000 students and 500 teachers.
- •ERP Upgrade: Partnered with our ERP provider to upgrade platforms, ensuring vital educational resources and information are easily accessible to teachers and parents.
- •IBCP Launch & Rapid Authorization: Led the team that launched Children's Academy International School as the IBCP Coordinator, achieving full program authorization in just 10 months.
- •Student-Centric Pedagogy: Spearheaded ATL skill development, value-based lesson plans, network-wide implementation of the DPDP Act, and data-driven Holistic Progress Cards to support student growth.
Beyond the Classroom
My belief in lifelong learning doesn't stop when the school day ends. I am an avid traveler with a deep love for cultural exploration and a passion for staying active. I also appreciate the finer details in life—you can often find me keeping up with global news, catching up on the latest movies, music, and books, and exploring my interests in fashion and cuisine.

Humbled to be part of the team that launched Children's Academy International School. Witnessing the dedication of everyone involved and seeing the school achieve authorization within 10 months was truly heartwarming.
